We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.Join us as a Consultant on our Project/Program Management team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Consultant of Supply Chain Security, you will protect Dell s global supply chain by anticipating, understanding and mitigating the effect of global risks to safety, security and sustainability. You will be empowered to leverage and further develop your network of subject matter experts to collect and communicate context on security threats to Dell leaders. In the course of advising senior leaders in Procurement, Product Engineering, Legal, Government Affairs, and Security, you will maintain Dell s relationships with thought leaders in technology, law, intelligence and former US Government officials. This role offers direct visibility to Dell leaders at the VP and SVP levels and can grow into a people leader role.You will:
• Lead global cross-functional teams in the design and execution of processes to govern security and resiliency standards for our supply chain
• Drive corrective actions and programs related to supply chain security and proactive risk mitigation; develop performance metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies and frameworks leveraging industry standards, including but not limited to ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-53 and O-TTPS
• Develop internal and external-facing collateral to support our strategic priorities
• Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques in order to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule

• Bachelors and 5+ years relevant experience in project/program management, supply chain, compliance, or related field; or Master s degree and 3+ years relevant experience or related field; or equivalent experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, problem solving and analytical skills, dealing with ambiguity, and translating business/customer requirements into actions
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment, ability to present to senior leadership levels
• Experience leveraging digital tools for analysis, visualization, and data management
Desirable Requirements
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement processes Knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity framework, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-161, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 SafeCode, EU GDPR, and O-TTPS.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, influence stakeholders, and develop partnerships outside of the organization applying organizational agility
