The content team is required to develop quality content, with innovative learning techniques. Job Description/ KRA Support Business Team in designing training outline. Conduct Training Need Analysis or customization study as required by client. Preparing Training Schedules / Calendar. Designing Modules/ content/ quizzes with support from content team. Responsible for Training Delivery. Training Evaluation. Follow- up with Operations/ clients. Analyzing performance metrics and planning for further trainings. Regularly updating training content. Reference to Market need, designing New Training Modules and briefing the Sales team. Desired Profile The person should have 6 - 15 years of experience, with minimum 2 years in content development. With MBA / PGDM Diploma. Degree. Imparting training on soft skills, Sales and behavioral training. Should have excellent communication skills. Should be assertive, approachable and mature. Task oriented and excellent team player. Active and energetic. Should have the ability to deliver results an handle pressure. Willing to travel anywhere in the country. Should be comfortable with MS- Power point.,
