JOB SUMMARY:The ideal candidate will be an exceptional writer who also has an editorial mind. You will draft and edit compelling,dynamic content that captures the attention and interest of our target audiences. We are looking for a talented,multifaceted team player an energetic content professional who enjoys researching, analyzing information, problem-solving, and is skilled at communicating his/her ideas through top-notch content.You must have experience in creating content across multiple platforms and formats for the B2B market. You mustbe a natural storyteller with a knack for communicating clear, concise, and compelling messages.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, write, edit and publish compelling content through a variety of mediums like blogs, landing pages,infographics, webinars, direct mail, etc. Understand and maintain our media properties editorial processes to discover areas of contentimprovement/opportunities for optimizing performance Translate marketing analytics into meaningful content edits, updates or improvements Work with Content Manager to determine best content strategy for all marketing campaigns Take complex ideas and concepts and translate them to relatable and actionable copy for target audiences on allmarketing channels Work with the Demand Generation and Marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with businessgoals Produce persona-based content for various stages of the funnel, including eBooks, white papers, case studies,live webinars, guides, videos, etc. Propose and promote writing standards, and actively participate in creating mechanisms to scale best writingpractices Manage multiple projects simultaneously; stay abreast of changing priorities and possess the flexibility to jumpfrom one project to the other with ease Maintain accurate and precise grammar including spelling, and punctuations; know when to elaborate andwhento simplify the content based on the campaign Manage and grow a results-driven team of content marketers by providing them with guidance and editorialfeedback Regularly produce various content types including personalized email, prospect nurture communication, landing pages, etc for white papers, reports, infographics && webinars based on the marketing campaign requirementSKILLS && REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelors or Masters with majors in Communications, Marketing, Media && Journalism, English, or related field 4+ years experience in reporting, blogging, interviewing, fact-checking, copyediting and posting on all digitalchannels Must have hands-on experience in content marketing (or publishing) and a proven track record of managingsocial and online communities Should have knowledge of deploying content management systems across interactive platforms Impeccable attention to detail, exceptional writing skills Must be able to communicate difficult-to-understand concepts to tell a powerful story leveraging narrative,graphics and/or video Capacity to balance, prioritize and deliver excellent result under tight deadlines Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML is a definite pre requisite.
