Job Description

The Glance Marketing Team is responsible for driving marketing initiatives across multiple touch points for consumers, partners, and brands. Should you join us, you will get to be an integral part of B2C as well as B2B marketing, and work with other marketing managers, the monetization team, and the partnerships team, to come up with content pieces that tell a story based on the specific objectives of various marketing initiatives.What will you be doing Aside from having a blast while getting to upgrade your skills and domain knowledge on an almost daily basis Here s a glance (see what we did there ) at some of the things you ll be involved in:

  • Working closely with partnerships, brand strategy and design teams to create smart, memorable content like blogs, newsletters, presentations, whitepapers, reports, etc. for our Brand and Marketing partners
  • Workingwith the design team on the creative direction and content for creative visuals in support of your content across different formats, verticals, and product lines
  • Building a pipeline of content that provides insights to brands and partnerships on what content works on Glance, for our users, and broader trends for the lock screen
  • Iteratingnewer creative strategies and visual concepts that will contribute to improved brand and partnership understanding on the platform
What do we expect from you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that works for senior leadership. An ability to create research and data storytelling or narratives across various content formats.
  • The ability to quickly grasp and synthesize business concepts and market research to effectively communicate how brands and partners across industries can best leverage Glance
  • An intrinsic, self-starting ability to take ownership quickly and drive towards delivering high quality content appropriate to your audience
  • An ability to convey complex ideas simply and a sound understanding of the latest in the tech and digital advertising space
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and distributed manner, while liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities, and geographies, with very precise timelines
Required Qualifications:Experience (need-to-have)
  • 2+ years experience and/or exposure to combinations of fields of business and content, or data driven story-telling
  • Mandatory: Research and data driven writing experience for a general audience, across a diverse set of industries
  • Education: Bachelors Degree (preferably in Communications or Mass Media)
