Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :ControlM Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :Python Programming Language,Shell Scripting
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Performing basic Control-M operational tasks RERUN, HOLD, SET TO OK, FREE, BYPASS 2 Monitoring Alert window in Control-M and taking actions accordingly 3 Monitoring critical schedules and batches in Control-M AJF 4 Knowledge of BIM services, Forecast and History domain 5 Scripting identified use cases
      • Technical Experience : 1 Understanding of Control-M resources, IN conditions, OUT conditions 2 Understanding of Ad-hoc run, Order job as per demand 3 Good understanding of Incident management 4 Hands on experience in BMC Remedy ticketing tool 5 Following escalation matrix for callouts 6 Knowledge of basic infrastructure setup 7scripting knowledge in PowerShell, python
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 247 environment
      • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standard
    • Additional Information : Good to have relevant certification
