Job Description

    * Job Requirement: 1. Basic understanding of automotive industry Conveyor Technology system 2. Knowledge in JPH study & selection of Conveyor systems 3. Conveyor layout planning for Body shop/Assembly shop/ASRS/Connecting Conveyors 4. Knowledge in Conveyor safety systems 5. Knowledge in Conveyor Modules (Turntable, Elevators, Transfer car, Drive unit & Take-up unit, Motor capacity etc.) 6. Knowledge in AGV handling systems 7. Conveyor Installation experience @ Automotive Industry projects 8. Experience in handling of Documentation Tool 9. Added advantage, basic experience in Conveyor Control & Electrical topics. Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Planning & Proposal for Conveyor Layout variants (3D Model) as per Daimler Standards
    2. Conveyor Requirement Planning Scope of Work Preparation
    3. Creation of Technical description for Conveyor Modules & units
    4. Understanding of Conveyor drawings from External suppliers
    5. Cost Estimation preparation for the Conveyor layouts
    6. Proposing Conveyor Timeline Scheduling
    7. Coordination with involved project Cross functional Stake holders
    8. Travelling to Project site for Installation support and site coordination.
    9. Integration study and Reporting of Skid with Body
    10. Designing/Proposal modification of Skid/Skillet/Hangers
    11. Coordination with External Suppliers and Germany team.
    12. Study of Conveyor Bill of Material list.
    13. Creation & Comparing the Conveyor Material list with Daimler Standards.
    14. Feeding of the Material list in to Daimler standards by Daimler Internal tool.
