Monitoring IFC framework and ensuring timely completion of IFC testing. Supporting Quarterly & Annual India GAAP statutory audit , in-terms of facilitating required audit information, schedules, disclosures. This role also has the responsibility of overseeing entire groups employee payable accounting , monthly Accrual monitoring and balance Sheet Schedule follow-ups to ensure completenessPerson will be responsible for Monitoring and controlling Internernal Financial Control ( IFC) framework. Supervising completion of IFC testing by respective process owners. Ensuring timely completion of IFC testing in co-ordiation with process Owners and reporting the results. Monitoring timely completion of all Balance Sheet reconciliations and co-ordinating with external auditors on all audit requirements for quarterly and annual audits. should work closely with Shared Service centr to ensure completness of monthly expenses accounting including accrual in co-ordination with respective stakeholders. Monitoring Employee payables and employee corporate Credit card dues Co-ordinating with shared service center for ensuring accurate monthly accounts closing and transmission of Financial result to parent . Monitoring Chart of Accounts, cost centers and profit centers through shared service center Adherence to Corporate policies and procedures with respect to all relevant financial matters.
