Visit us at www.accenture.comJob SummaryYou will be aligned with our Banking Processes vertical and help us resolve customer queries and provide correct and relevant information.You will be working as a part of Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team which processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.You will be responsible for Trade Finance Processing to develop & deliver business solutions related to the trade finance products offered by banks, including transactions such as import & export bills, foreign bill collection, bankers acceptances/reimbursements, letters of credit and open account trading. You will provide transactional based expertise to the business to ensure accurate and timely conduct in accordance with ICC guidelines, bank procedures & trade finance policy manual.Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads.
