Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Corporate Security Project Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of all physical security technology projects in their region. The Manager serves as a central point of contact for project teams and site manager for all physical security projects, hardware faults and routine maintenance. The role also provides support to design, construction management, testing and commissioning of physical security for all corporate sites.

The Essential Functions Include:
  • Represent Pinkertons core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Delivery of complex security projects on-time.
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.;
  • Security design input.
  • Construction management and coordination with other Clients entities.
  • Testing and commissioning of security hardware to the Clients security standards.
  • Handover of the project to the local security team.
  • Management of security hardware faults through trouble ticket (TT) system.
  • Contractor (VAR) management of escalated service and maintenance issues.
  • Service and Bi-annual site maintenance activity and reporting.
  • Project delivery risk identification, problem-solving, and escalation if needed.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
  • Must be a Graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and/or background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in India.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Education/Experience

Electrical Engineer or similar with a minimum of eight to ten years of technical experience on access control and CCTV Surveillance systems. Relevant certifications in these systems will be an added advantage.

Competencies

  • Strong technical security background.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • A minimum of 10 years working with physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs/projects of medium to large scale that are complex in nature.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret program objectives and the compilation of and adherence to project timetables.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region 20-25%.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and designs.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of standard computer programs to include Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
  • Lenel Certification.
  • Prince 2 or similar project management qualifications.
