Description
The Country CoE Head will be responsible for providing overall direction, definition and design / build innovative products for Enzen in a specific country. The incumbent will formulate business strategies and implement them to accomplish the organizational goal.
Lead the CoE in all its pursuits including the ongoing projects, new business opportunities, product development and go-to-market strategies in a specific country .
Assist in the development and lead the execution of strategic initiatives in certain geographies. Provide direction to the team to focus on key results areas.
Proactively collaborate with peers in other Enzen locations, Execution Excellence, Marketing, Legal, Technology, and Finance teams and leverage organization-wide expertise.
