We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and highly motivated individual for ADDA Discover - Indias only and largest marketplace of service providers for Apartment Residents & Associations.Through ADDA Discover, Apartment residents can search for, compare, view reviews and book from a list of 150+ home services. These booking are fulfilled through our partners who are leading home service providers of India. 7 lakh + users across India can book home services for their Apartments via ADDA Discover.Apartment Associations are also always on the lookout for quality service providers for their Apartment Complex. This can be Security Agencies, Landscaping Agency or even vendors for laying solar panels on rooftops. ADDA Discover is also the platform from which associations can search, compare, provide requirements, ask for quotes from quality service providers from across India! Associations of 18, 500+ Apartment Complexes across India are to use this platform. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic partnerships with new vendors and onboard them to Discover Maintain existing relationships with vendors, monitor their service quality, understand issues of customers and work with vendors to find solutions Collaborate internally product management team to carve out solutions for making ADDA Discover a more engaging and useful platform Work with product and marketing team to carve out strategies which can help vendors to increase number of services being booked month on month Requirements Bachelors or Masters from any reputable institute Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must possess excellent Sales & vendor management skills Should have acumen towards Marketing & Product Management Selection Procedure Initial Telephonic Interview Assignment Final F2F Interview ,
