A CRM Senior Consultant will lead a small team of 3 - 5 people with a large project with responsibility for part of a client engagement. They will be expected to work as an important part of a team to deliver to set goals and objectives within a defined time frame.Reporting to a Project Manager a Senior Consultant will: -* Use their knowledge to work with their colleagues to deliver this is in a professional and timely fashion.* Work pro-actively with Clients.* Work with Technical Developers.* Will take an active role in configuration, mapping process and design.* Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.ExperienceIn order to be considered for a position as a Senior Consultant, we will look for the following: -* A minimum of 3 - 4 years working within a commercial environment of which minimum of 2 years will have been in a client facing role or possibly an internal project role.* Proven ability in taking responsibility for and management of specific aspects of a project* A good understanding of Siebel, it is likely that they will be Siebel trained and have had a minimum of 12 months of experience of working with this product. (Please note that we will also consider candidates with good experience of other Package solutions such as Vantive and Clarify) .* It is necessary for any applicants to be educated to Degree Level,
