Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Write website copy tailored to individual buyer personas
Research, Analyze and understand website visitors
Student for life, always learning, always asking questions to learn the why
Create hypothesis to test, interpret data and decide what to test and when/how long to
test for
Master of efficiency nothing is ever done, it can always improve
Someone that questions everything
Identify, monitor, and report on website performance metrics
Work with industry tools (ex. CrazyEgg, ClickTale, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, Heap, Optimizely, VWO, etc)

Qualifications

Strong writing skills, understand tone, voice, style
Strong analytical background
Experience in UX and Analytical roles
Attention to detail
Critical thinker, think outside the box, explore the why
Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing methodologies
