Role Summary
Customer Success Engineer is responsible for responding to and resolving complex customer problems via phone, email and remote access for Aptean products. The support focuses on in-depth problem analysis of Aptean products and their integration into enterprise-wide mixed environments. Isolate and provide resolution to customer issues or qualify the customer issue for Development level assistance or other assistance from other functions.
Is responsible for: problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation vetting using sound judgment and creative and innovative ways to solve problems.
Technical Skills Requirements
Good understanding of SQL and working knowledge with database
o SQL Server Analytic Services (SSAS)
o SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
o SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Good knowledge on IIS and ASP.Net (like HTTP sites deployment and .net framework)
Hands on experience with Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to SharePoint and Visual Studio is a plus
Excellent Customer Facing experience
