ContactCenter Agent Job Summary-You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online (email and chat) and over the phone. This is 24/7 operations including weekends and shifts will be allotted on a weekly/ monthly basis.ContactCenter Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails, chatsManage and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide product and service information to customersResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software and available resourcesProcess orders, forms, and applicationDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer callsComplete call logs and reportsOther duties as assignedAny shift will be provided in 24 hours and on weekendsContactCenter Agent Qualifications and Skills35 words/ minute typing speed and aboveDiploma or any suitable degreeExcellent communication skills in EnglishExcellent communication skills in any one language Punjabi or MarathiProficient in relevant computer applicationsShould be willing to work in a typical call center environmentKnowledge of customer service practices and principlesExcellent data entry and typing skillsAbility to handle stressful situation appropriatelyCTC1.44 per annumAbout Us:REALBRIDGE (www.realbridge.in) is a boutique digital marketing and development agency based in Bangalore, India.
