Job Description

GreeneStep | ERP , CRM , Accounting , Ecommerce , Inventory , Sales , Purchases Management Software - Customer Operations Analyst Cum Support Engineer Customer Operations Analyst Cum Support Engineer Responsibilities and Duties Must be interested in successful customer engagement , be happy servicing customers for their functional and technical issue resolutions and provide solutions. Must have basic Retail and Distribution business process and transaction knowledge. . Accounting and Supply Chain domain knowledge will be added advantage. Must be able to document technical / functional solutions , work arounds and communicate appropriately. Technical working knowledge of MS SQL Server database , MS Office and productivity applications to deliver assignments and projects. Once GreeneStep product and functional knowledge is acquired , must be able to deliver training , implementation and deployment services of GreeneStep product for customers across international markets and in respective time zone. Work along with other support and customer operations team members , with sales , pre-sales , development and customization teams. Required Experience , Skills and Qualifications Bachelor Degree must be in Information Technology , Computer Engineering , Business (with a strong IT background) , Industrial Engineering (with a strong IT background) , or other related Accounting / Commerce degrees. SQL , HTML and Programming Knowledge + Basic Biz Transaction Knowledge (Commerce Background) - preferred. Accounting and Finance Knowledge , Database Technical Knowledge , Any Exposure to ERP / software products is a plus , must be a good communicator over phone and web conference tools. Job Requirements Summary Do GreeneStep ERP & CRM technical support services for GreeneStep customers worldwide. Must be able to take support calls , do outbound calls to customers to provide resolutions , seek additional information and document various dependent environment parameters that leads to better customer servicing. Perform trouble shooting activities to provide Level 1 functional support & Level 2 Technical Support resolutions. Deploy , Setup , Configure and Upgrade GreeneStep product modules and related customization projects. Assist in Product Implementation , Training , Testing & Documentation. Review MS SQL Queries , Run SQL profiler and other technical steps to document steps to recreate various issues and provide solutions. This job involves working in Bangalore for USA Time Zones. ,
