Customer Relationship Manager Description Customer Relationship Manager 3 8 years Description Customer Support, building relationship AMC/CMC follow up All customers healthy relation c. Installation process overall co-ordination Assist Organise/participate seminars/conferences Thorough understanding of all products of the organisation Understand Medical device market Should send weekly reports on activities to the Management on the performance of the Engineers and service calls Should participate in monthly review meetings to project status on monthly activities, accomplishments, hurdles and assistance required To manage and implement the service strategy and ensure high level of customer satisfaction through implementation of customer engagement programs and retention initiatives, service improvement plans and projects through the Service Managers. Construct strategies and tactics to ensure customer satisfaction in consultation with management. Supervise, motivate, mentor & ensure correct governance framework that defines roles and responsibilities of service delivery team. Identifying training needs of internal & external teams and ensuring delivery/certifications of the same.
