Job Description

    Customer Support (International voice)PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME
    • Core i5 gen 7 or above
    • 8GB RAM
    • genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples)
    • Camera availability is must.
    • >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)
    • Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
    • Compatible USB headsets for WFH users
    • UPS is mandatory.
    • EDR installation is a must.
