    Entry Level OpportunityYear of experience - 1 - 3 YrsCTC - 2.00- 4.50LPAOpenings are for Commerce or HR background candidates with minimum of 6 month relevant experience.Contractual Position - Work in 24/7 shifts, rotational and split week off Third Party PayrollResponsibilities:
    • Bachelors degree or above, with specialization in Finance or HR
    • Previous experience in ticket handling and internal support desk is a plus
    • Ability to handle 80 to 100 calls per day with patience and a soft-spoken demeanor
    • Proficient in responding to employee queries on payroll, HR, and company policies
    • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational and split week off (Shift allowance provided)
    • Office-based role, remote working option not available
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or above, with specialization in Finance or HR
    • Minimum of six months to one year experience in relevant field
    • Minimum of six months experience in a voice process or one year experience in email or chat handling process
    • Good communication and written skills
    • Soft-spoken and patient
    • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, rotational and split week off
    • This role demands work from office for all days, remote working option will not be available.
