Providing direction to solution analysts, data modelers and developers in terms of data design. Engaging with Solution and other domain Architects to identify Records of origin(s) and Record of reference(s). Engaging Business/Data stewards in creation / maintenance of business glossary for the respective subject area and alignment with the glossary with other subject areas. Ensuring models are integrated appropriately across subject areas and transparent to business stakeholders. Ensuring business rules, data definitions, and functional aspects are captured accurately and appropriately within data models. Hands on analysis where required to support solution analysts/Data Modelers as appropriate. Mentoring and educating more junior team members. Delivery of Data Quality improvements through partnering with source system teams (ROO/ROR).The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Excellent verbal and written communications skills and stakeholder management and influencing skills Deal with both highly technical and non-technical people Major team player and collaborator with excellent communication skills Passion to exceed expectations and constantly push the envelope Positive role model and mentorWilling to support all of the Data and Analytics organization as neededQualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in logical data modeling, physical data modeling and database design optimization.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in/with: Supply Chain data architecture and modeling Data modeling toolsets like ERStudio Creating collateral to articulate strategy of complex concepts into simple solutions Translating complex business and technical challenges into logical data models Scrum Agile/SAFE methodologies and practices including Minimum Viable Architecture Product Emerging data modeling techniques such as NoSQL, architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or ZachmannThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Inside this Business GroupIntels Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.
