Person will be responsible to manage the deliverable and direct the team in business and technical front. The candidate should have solid experience in BI APPS from Oracle eBusiness Suite/ ERP Cloud side and demonstrate knowledge of data warehouse end-to-end implementation processes. This role will closely work with Architects, Process experts and business system analysts to understand analytical/ reporting requirements, design solutions and to bring in appropriate data from various Source applications into the data warehouse to support business needs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Implement Pre-built & Custom DWBI solutions and customize data models as per the business needs. Review and analyze Business requirements and functional specifications. Design, extend and implement Enterprise Data model (Logical and Physical) Participation in the design and development of data warehouses/ data martsUnderstanding source systems and how they will map to target data warehouse environmentDesign and implement ETL solution to extract data from various applications to DW system. Identify performance bottlenecks especially in data model, data integration components, data load etc. Create detailed design, technical documents and effort estimates. Design reporting and analytic solutions to meet requirements. Lead and work with team that spread across multiple locations. The professional must have demonstrated this experience using a formal structured methodology. Essential skills: 10 12 years of experience delivering BI and data warehousing Solutions in a technical lead role. Experience in implementing BI projects from requirement definition through production deployment and support. Solid understanding of Dimensional data modeling and Data warehousing conceptsHands on Data analysis, Data modeling, Data Quality, ETL design, architecture, implementation and testing experience in DWBI Solutions. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle BI Applications (OBIA) is preferred. Hands-on experience withODI 11. x ELT tool (4-5 Years experience) BI APPS 11G or Oracle BI Cloud with Project Analytics, Finance Analytics & Supply Chain (4-6 Years experience) OBIEE in RPD and Dashboard development, configuring data level security (2-3 Years experience) Change data capture techniquesOracle DB (SQL, PL/ SQL) Performance Tuning of ETL and Report. Shell scriptsGood Technical understanding of Oracle ERP (EBS) applications 11i module (Account Receivable, Account Payables, Invoices, General Ledger, Order Management, Projects, Revenue, AP Expense) . Person should have used Oracle 11i ERP as source. Resource should have experience in supporting Data Warehouse applications, Ticket handling and change control processAbility to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, lead team, direct technical teams and deliver quality solutions that are both complete and on-timeStrong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data warehouse design, data mart design, ETL design, data integration and reporting concepts. Proven track record in implementing the data warehouse best practices. Effective communication skills, ability to communicate on both business and technical level. Resource should be self motivated and quick learner. Ability to support the team to resolve the technical and functional issues. Ability to balance short term goals with long-term objective in mind. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Migrate data from On premise to Cloud environment.,
