Job Description

    Overview:Job Title: Data ScientistJob Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)Job Overview: At AKIRA we create solutions for our customers to solve real world problems with Data Analytics and Machine Learning. We are trusted partners for many enterprise companies to build their data platforms, machine learning implementations and intelligence projects .Now we are looking for experts and enthusiasts to join our Data Science Competency for a challenging role of end to end data science implementation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpecific skills required are:Must have:
    • 3-6 years of experience in Data Science projects , ML Engineering and Modeling
    • Hands on experience with Python programming and managing the environment for python projects
    • Implementation experience of algorithm categories like Classification, Regression , Parametric and Non-Parametric statistics .
    • Hands-on experience with Numpy, Pandas , Sklearn , Tensorflow , Keras , Pytorch, XGBoost, GBM , Random Forest etc.
    • Ability to address a deep learning problem with feature engineering and modeling steps with CNN , RNN , LSTM , GAN etc.
    • Develop a flask app and deploy with any cloud service , containerization of solution .
    • Manage and work with multiple tools like Pycharm , Jupyter notebooks , R Studio , Azure ML Studio etc .
    • Hands-on with any one of the public clouds like Azure , AWS or GCP for ML projects .
    • Create visualizations on matplotlib , dash or voila for business consumers .
    • Understanding of end to end machine learning implementation and lifecycle .
    Good to have:
    • ML ops experience with Azure DevOps, Github +Jenkins etc
    • Worked with data engineering teams on creating complete data science pipelines.
    • Knowledge of agile concepts.
    • Worked with any ML Explainability modules, ML Monitoring tools
    EligibilityGeneral Requirements
    • Bachelors or Masters Degree is imperative
    • 3-6 Years of experience in the Data science domain; Worked in the controlled yet agile setup using proven project management methodologies
    • Experience communicating with senior management as well as with colleagues from engineering, analytics, and business backgrounds
    • Capable of performing under minimal supervision, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines as an individual contributor, and coaching a team.
