We work with state-of-the-art technologies and a tremendously diverse data set.Our business has over $500B in assets across 150 ETFs and is one of the fastest growing areas within the firm.Role DescriptionThe role of the Data Quality Analyst is to cleanse/enrich prospect/lead information, so it is actionable by the marketing and sales teams. Enriching the data is a key step in the lead generation process. Your role is vital to helping the Sales organization find new business that may have never uncovered otherwise.Responsibilities

  • Review lead information for accuracy and completeness
  • Research, correct and enrich lead information where necessary
  • Review event lists and help identify if relationship already exists with lead
  • Ensure lead data adheres to data quality processes and standards
  • Consult with client data steward when account information is in question
  • Detect redundant data in CRM
  • Manage demand while adhering to service level agreements
  • Track lead data metrics including number of new leads
  • Effectively communicate with team members and non-technical partners through a variety of mediums
Qualifications
  • Exposure to Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Understanding of marketing lead generation processes is desirable, but not necessary
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accelerating priorities
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Persuasive and articulate in presenting complex ideas, simply
