Job Description IT Compliance | Database LeadRoles & Responsibilities1. Review changes related to databases2. Perform Impact Assessment for changes related to databases along with providing CAPA support as required3. Perform RCA and provide Incident Management support4. Perform periodic review of Infrastructure/Cyber controls related to databases5. Provide inspection readiness support (Internal/ external audits)6. Review Work Instructions and guides for enabling IT QMS SOPs at the Infrastructure layer (for databases)7. Provide consultation on GxP applicability (Gxp/ non-GxP know how, would be a great advantage to have)8. Qualification support for the relevant Infra layer: Build, Enhancement, Technical Upgrades, Data Migration, Hardware refresh, Server retirement/decommissioning/disposalSkills required1. Bachelors degree of: IT Systems Management, Computer Science, or related field with a work experience of 4+ years2. Good understanding and knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server3. Excellent knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), object oriented database management systems (OODBMS)4. Should be able to identify security risks and coordinate their remediation.5. Should have good knowledge of upgrade, migration and retirement of DBs and serversPersonal Attributes1. Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.2. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.3. Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.4. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.5.
