This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Purpose:SCB Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) domain is looking for Delivery Heads in Bangalore in the CCIB Channels space. This role will report into the Bangalore Location head for CCIB Channels and the work involved will be with Technology and Business teams across a wide range of applications and portfoliosRole & Responsibilities:Areas of responsibility include the following:

  • Deliver products/applications for CCIB Channels
  • Working in partnership with the IT teams to develop, present and explain architecture blueprints
  • End to end ownership from Analyze, Build and Deploy (including knowledge management of the products/applications being delivered)
  • Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Remove delivery impediments and ensures delivery commitments are met with appropriate quality
  • Lead delivery by example via best practices that benefit the organization to delivery effectively
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Required skills:This role requires the following skills and background:
  • At least 15 years work experience in technology/banking delivering large projects
  • Provide thought leadership around strategic solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Technical background
  • Structured decision making and Superior problem solving skills
  • Project delivery experience in the following domains (Cash, Trade, Channels, Clients and Corporate finance)
  • Ability to grasp the big picture of the business drivers and IT drivers in order to align/deliver products/applications
  • Previous execution experience of mid-sized to large projects involving complex design, development and deployment experience
  • Must have the ability to influence, guide and mentor others
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the bank to leverage previous experiences, utilities and shared capabilities
  • Very knowledgeable about best practices, industry standards, open-source, emerging trends
  • Good visualization and presentation skills to create visual models and experience using industry modelling tools
  • Excellent team player with ability to communicate effectively with various business and technology stakeholders
