Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end delivery for multiple projects.Responsible for high level oversight of all programs/ projects.Work with staff to discover and correct areas of projects where intervention will benefit projects.Work with higher level management to support the delivery organization in designing custom solutions for managed delivery leveraging best practices.Work with peers across the organization to collaboratively solve resource and other issues in support of the business.Perform short range and long range resource planning and constantly work on resource leveling as per delivery needs.Assist with strategic planning.Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary.Drive teams for successful, on- schedule projects and releases.Responsible for assessment, planning, and active pursuit of improvement to processes and all aspects of employee engagement, roles, etc, pertaining to area of responsibility.Work at higher strategic levels.Maintain constant communication and updates on projects progress and any issues related to any of the projects with all the stakeholders.Oversee the preparation of various statistical and financial progress reports.Track the timely and high quality delivery for projects deliverables. Desired Skill Set: Consistently demonstrated skills in staff management, including coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution.Proven ability to resolve conflicts within projects between resources, schedules, budgets, and priorities.Consistently demonstrated tactical skills, including resource planning, budget management and planning, Process improvement, cost containment and project management.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to grasp technical conceptsStrong matrix management skillsSelf- starter; ability to act with a sense of urgency while avoiding panicProven ability to think like a customerProvide guidance to executive leadership to set strategic direction and prioritization of projectsAbility to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of executionPrior experience with process improvement initiatives such as six sigma desiredBenchmarking and performance measuringStrong ability to work in start- up environmentTeamwork and integrityDealing with ambiguity Nice To Have Knowledge and Skills: B.E from good Engineering colleges preferredMBA from good management institutes will be preferred Work Experience Requirements: Leadership experience with projects involving Technology consulting, & Application outsourcing and project/ program management.Program/ Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.Qualification in project management or equivalent. PMP & ITIL Masters certified professionals preferred.Demonstrated success driving complex strategies and projects to successful completionKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of service delivery & project managementKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsProven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change managementProficient in project management software,
