Job Description

    *Main issues and objectives of the position:
    • Developing Business in own area of responsibility
    • People and process management
    • Effective engagement with the customers
    • Building and managing teams
    • Dealing with day to day operation of group
    - Ensure Knowledge build-up of team members, performance monitoring and feedbackExperience: 15-18 years
    • Experience in Automotive Electronics activities including requirements engineering, Software Development, System analysis and Validation.
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
    • Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment.
    • Long term intercultural experience in working with Germany, Eastern Europe and the US.
    • Strong experience in Project Management
    • Experience working with global /local suppliers for product development & for series introduction of components would be a plus
    Special knowledge:
    • Experience in Pattern Classification ,Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence such as Support Vector Machine(SVM), Recurrent & Convolutional Neural Network (RNN & CNN)
    • Experince with data visualisation tools such as D3.js,GGPlot etc
    • Programming : C/C++/Java/Java script/Phython/Lua,C#,Android/CAPL, Ruby, Node.js, Shell, Batch, xml, Arduino programming
    • IDE: Visual Studio, QNX Momentics, Eclipse, Android studio, VSTS, ArdunioIDE, GradeX
    • Tools: Gerrit, Repo, Clearcase, RTC, MKS, SVN, Git, GSEP, Crucible, Arquillian
    • Build systems: PTXDist, GNU Toolchain, Ant, Cmake, Jenkins, Maven, Cradle
    , *Education: Bachelors or Master s Degree in Computer Science/ Masters in Computer Applications
