1) Benchmarking study of e-drive Motor Control Inverters 2) Detailed design of Inverter using the Semiconductor like MOSFET/IGBT 3) Design of Gate drive circuits for the Semiconductors and hands on expereince in trouble shooting and testing 4) Detailed DVPs for the entire Inverter 5) Development of PCB for the Gate drive boards, hands-on experience in PCB development (not CAD) , 6) Knowledge on Thermal behaviour of the Semiconductor devices and design of cooling circuits for the same . 6) Supplier interaction and co-ordination with internal team 7) Supplier visit, Technical evaluation and support to CFT for release of the documents in Team Centre, Development and Testing support.3 to 6 years of experience in Inverter design / Converter/Power Electronics/SemiconductorsM.E/BE in Power Electronics and drives / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Hands on experience in Design & Development of Inverter of LV/HV Drives/Testing Experience in Cadence/OrCAD/Pspice Strong knowledge in Semiconductors Electrical design, Testing , CAN dbc, Machines Control, Interaction Matrix,
