Job Description

    1. Interact with internal/external customers and understand requirements then do a feasibility study 2. Develop engineering requirements specifications, DVPs for validation and characterizing battery pack 3. Design of electrical circuits for EV and develop energy management for the same 4. Work with the BMS and functional safety teams to develop a functionally safe pack 5. Test batteries at the module level and at the system level 6. Support prototype and engineering build. 7. Support the activity of battery box design along with the Mechanical and thermal team for the physical safety of the pack 8. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the battery into the final system 9. Should be good in Circuits & Functional Troubleshooting 10. Modelling and simulation using Python and Matlab-Simulink tools 11. Interact with vendors during part development activities Experience B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech: 3+ years / 5+ years Industry Preferred Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical Qualifications B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech., in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering General Requirements 1. Failures/ Issues capturing in functional deliverables & interfacing areas 2. Parts and subsystem Integration 3. Vehicle level problem solving 4. Smooth transition of developed product from R&D to Manufacturing team. 5. Expertise in Design Verification/Validation Plan, DFMEA, Design Release Documents and FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) 6. Handled one EV project independently,
