Job DescriptionWe have an immediate opening for our client at Bangalore. DM/Mgr IT Qualification- ICWA The ideal candidate must be a - Plant Controller for ensuring correct accounting, improving productivity, working on capital projects etc. - Person should well versed with Statutory Audit exposure - Managing end to end responsibilities for plant accounting reporting to finance head of AO Smith India. - Working with plant manager to ensure timely submission of plan/ forecast/ budget - Costing of products based on standard costing and comparisons with plan etc. - Working closely with manufacturing team to drive the targets - Developing creative reports to get deeper insight in the factory and operations - Define, identify and track appropriate metrics, KPIs and associated drivers to track performance of plant. - Support in projects, capital spending, contract evaluation etc. - Drive financial review of new products. - Control on inventory, productivity, utilization matrix - Worked on SAP or any other ERP system Candidate should not have changed the job in last two yearsSalary 16 Lac To 20 Lac P.A.
