Please apply with updated CV at amit@assuredjob.com in case it suits you or call on 9910229144.Position:Deputy Manager- MIS (Bancassurance)Location:Bangalore, KarnatakaExp.4+ yrs. in MIS from BFSI/ insurance industryCTC:up to 6.5 LPAQua:GraduateIndustry:InsuranceProvide critical inputs for improving business (for eg contests to be launched, sales support tools required by line team, etc).On regular basis track and analyze performance in Bancassurance channel.Work with functions to define risk mitigation and action plans to resolve process.Drive and Participate in special projects initiated by business and Coordinate with various functional role holders for driving new initiatives for process improvements.Preparation of various MIS on Distribution, Business, Projection, Dashboards, Analysis, Contestsand timely submission of the same to Reporting Manager.Query Board - Resolving Queries on MIS, Targets & Contest Results, other reports etc.Ownership of complete MIS at the backend.Multiple analysis to understand gap areas for lower persistency.Liaise with colleagues in different departments to ensure data collection from different teams for preparation of presentations/ MIS.Prepare various presentations required for Management Meetings/ Board Meetings etc.Should be able to analyse and provide insights to the Management on various MIS items etc.Preferred Profile:Experience into MIS & Good communication/presentation Skills Preferably from BFSI Industry.Should be expert in MS Excel to create MIS.Should have analysis skills.Analytical Mindset and good Presentation Skills.Strong background on Management Reporting.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Interested apply or share references at amit@assuredjob.com, call on 9910229144 for quick response.
