Job Description

    Responsibility Summary:
    • Ensure manufacturing operations are carried out in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity policy.
    • Ensure readiness of the facility at all times.
    • Review and assessment of the monthly production plans, to coordinate with all the stakeholder to achieve the set department targets.
    • Planning of resources for completing the production targets on time.
    • Ensure adherence of every individual to the EHSS norms.
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Production planning in co-ordination with planning team and General Manager.
    • Achieving Production targets.
    • Reviewing of process records and production related documents.
    • Perform cross functional team (CFT) reviews for all the Change control assigned in trackwise.
    • Maintenance and upgradation of production facility in co-ordination with Maintenance / Project Department.
    • Implementation of Corrective and preventive actions in co-ordination with the team Quality Assurance.
    • Ensure Safety, Health and Environment measures-adherence.
    • Ensure Product dispatch in co-ordination with Logistic department.
    • Directing and co-ordinating on all the production related works in the shop floor.
    • Ensure the validation batches surveillance in plant Validation/Qualification related decisions and monitoring.
    • Involving in discussions and brainstorming sessions for finalization of the investigation reports.
    • Recruitment and talent development for department: Recruit, train and retain talent in line with the department s people strategy.
    • HOD review of the PRs in Track Wise for QMS elements like deviations, change controls, CAPAs, OOS investigations.
    • Ensure attendance of all employees for training sessions assigned by the training coordinator/ as per training calendar.
    • Ensure Audit readiness of the plant all the times.
    Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategy to increase capacity utilization.
    • Develop, implement, and track a department wise people strategy to include.
    1. Delivery on KPIs relating to hiring, & attrition.
    2. Talent pipeline for leadership positions and succession planning for critical positions.
    3. Improved Training & Development programs.
    Educational Qualification & Experience :
    • MSc (Chemistry), BE
    • Required B Tech/BE with exposure of Quality and automation in manufacturing with 15 + years of experience.
    TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : Required Knowledge of working in the pharmaceutical production facility. Operation of Reactor, Nutsche filter, Tray driers, Centrifuge, Milling equipment s, water generation system,
