Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Person should have experience of 10 to 15 years with B.Tech / BE degree.
    • Complete knowledge on APQP process and TS16949
    • Periodic preparation of MIS and circulating to team on APQP elements from Design release phase till hand over.
    • Good understanding & knowledge in Vehicle complete BOM
    • Excellent knowledge in Complete Vehicle system, preferably in Electric Vehicle background.
    • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills to analyse & act as per organization needs
    • Good Knowledge in problem-solving ability-using 7QC tools.
    • Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
    • Deciding on the priorities wrt to project requirements and coordinate cross-project activities to meet the MRD time lines
    • Assist the CFT team in timely communication & sharing the project reports.
    • Lead and Track the MRD readiness and ensure all the required materials availability for the Build on agreed time line
    • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
    • Good Knowledge on the change management process
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & effective communication skills; working knowledge of program/project management software
    • Willingness to Travel to supplier / inner-plant places on need basis.
