Job Description

    Role : Design ArchitectAs a design Architect, you will be setting the vision, process, and direction for themultidisciplinary team of UX designers, researchers, content strategists, and UI designers. In this role, you will be thinking big to focus on the long-term strategy and plan for the product. You willmake sure that the design function is well integrated within the product developmentprocess and is not an afterthought.Responsibilities :You will be the champion of the consumer experience and will collaborate closelywith Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver high-qualityproducts.Drive collaboration and a design vision across the company to build alignment onpriorities leading to product design and executionThe building, managing, and evangelising a design system for a cross-platformproduct. Identify and articulate new design patterns suitable across the productAttract, retain, and develop top talent to build a diverse team across multiplelocationsOversee timelines and deliverables, define OKR and goals for the team andindividualsProvide guidance, direction, and mentorship to the team and create an inclusiveenvironment where everyone can do their best work and growthBe highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environmentRequired Skills and Experience :10+ years as a professional UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or equivalentexperienceBachelors or Master s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a relateddisciplineExperience growing dynamic teams of designers, researchers, and writers.Solid understanding of user-centered design process and interaction designprinciplesBusiness knowledge and ability to see the big picture of UX impact on Productand Users.Has a track record of influencing the direction of the product and delivering ahigh-quality productGood understanding of B2C and B2B domainEffectively worked with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and seniorleadership An online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to theproblem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and userflows, information design, and mock-ups,
