Job Description

    • Troubleshoot day to day problem related to LAN , WAN , PRIs, MPLS, P2P, SIP, GSM, Hardware , software, Network connectivity, Internet connectivity on client sides, MS Outlook, O365 troubleshooting, and Anti-Virus related etc.
    • Candidates should be Graduate and have technical certifications along with prior work experience in BPO IT.
    • Successful installation & configuration of Win 10 and related softwares.
    • Strong knowledge in Windows Server Administration (AD, DHCP, DNS, FPS, WDS).
    • Strong knowledge in Antivirus and WSUS.
    • Troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Printer, Scanners, VC and other computer accessories.
    • Vendor coordination for IT asset replacement.
    • Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image.
    • Mailing and coordination (Both voice & mail) with technical teams (internal & client), vendor etc.
    • Handling of P1 and P2 incidents effectively.
    • Good knowledge on IT related Ticketing Portal, Handling Tickets level-wise.
    • IT based Report generation & publication efficiently, Documentation part should be good enough.
    • Good knowledge about Data Center infrastructure and DC equipment.
    • Language proficiency: English & Hindi (Written & Verbal).
    • Comfortable in 24/7 Shifts and stays within city limits of 40Km and has conveyance of his own.
