Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and grow a team of software engineers, provide guidance, and help grow their careers Drive, deliver cloud software services aligned with the developer cloud road-map and business priorities Work closely with other scrum teams, cross-site and cross-functional teams to ensure the right quality product and services are delivered as committed Work on improving the productivity, efficiency, and scrum maturity of the team Lead, encourage, and facilitate innovation in the team Engage closely with product technologists, product management toward driving our common goals Develops and provides challenging yet appropriate assignments, evaluates work, and communicates progress toward career development and goalsQualifications Minimum Qualifications: Total-experience to be 12+ of which people management experience of 4+ years Experience with building cloud software services Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, secure development life cycle, and project management Immaculate communication skills and ability to influence teams and peers to achieve higher goals Experience with the software development work environment (such as JIRA, Git, Unit test frameworks, etc.) Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms Strong software development skills Ability to hire and retain top engineering talent Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing cloud services at scale aimed at developers Experience with Kubernetes and other open-source tools/technologiesInside this Business Group Enable amazing computing experiences with Intel Software continues to shape the way people think about computing across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures.
