Job Description

    DGM- Energy Efficiency & Sustainability BD Leader- Digital Power India Mission: To help our End Users to accelerate their journey of Carbon Neutrality through Energy Audits, Digitalization and Demand side Energy Optimization. To reinforce and sustain image of Schneider Electric as Thought Leader and Preferred Technology partner for Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Goals of various customers. Key responsibilities include:
    • Business Development & Demand Generation for EcoStruxure Power Connected & Edge Control layers for UPMS Solution comprising (PME/PO, Panel Meters, PQ Solutions, Communicable Energy meters and filed devices and Sensors, Resource Advisor) Offers at Brownfield Customers. UPMS- Utility Performance Management Systems. Utilities in a plant may include Furnaces, Ovens, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, AHUs etc
    • Drive Profitable growth for Digital Power Organization through efficient and optimized offers for EcoStruxure Power
    • Connect with End Users & Consultants for Brownfield Projects. Develop Awareness, Demand and Preference for Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Power Solutions for reducing Consumption side Energy Consumption
    • Carry out WAGES audit, Walk-through Energy Audit, Detailed Energy Audit (Paid Basis) and submit ROI proposals to customers
    • Organize Seminars, Webinars and other marcom activities for increasing awareness for SE Digital Offers for Energy Efficiency & Sustainability. Participate in Exhibitions and Carbon Neutrality Workshops with Customers
    • Ensure Quality of Offer in line with customer requirement through detailed study of Tender Documents & RFQ
    • Regular Won/Loss/ Open analysis of Quoted offers along with National Sales/ Field Services & Segments team & analyze Root Cause
    • Provide feedback to Country Offer Marketing, Line of Business Product Management and CoE Expert teams on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering
    • Track the pipeline of opportunities to support and ensures proper customer project process is followed
    • Organize Trainings for National Sales/ Field Services/ EcoXperts
    • Preferred Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
    , * Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor s in Electrical/ Electronics & Communications engg
    • BEE Certified Energy Auditor or Energy Manager
    • Proven Tendering/ Pre-Sales or Business development or Consultative Selling experience of more than 8-10 years preferably with a knowledge of Connected offer and Edge Control layer
    • Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system & Mechanical Assets like Chillers, Compressors and other utilities
    • Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage
    • Digital Mindset with Passion for driving Digitalization of Electrical & Mechanical Assets
    • Role may call for 60-70% travel in a month all across India
    • Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organisation
    • Good judgement, Analytical Skills, Autonomous working style and good interpersonal skills
    • Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local & Global teams
    • Fluent in English
