- Manage the company's online presence in order to engage with prospects and existingcustomers.- Effective and Efficient management of Team Members in terms of Digital MarketingManager, Target Orientation, enhance Productivity and Performance, Motivation, Monitoringand Review, Team Development, Training.- Effective programs to compensate, train, appraise the team.- Source and test new user acquisition channels/partners, and optimization opportunities tomake the campaigns more effective.- Manage the social media team for optimizing Social Media properties and keep them up-to-date with relevant and engaging content.- Co-ordinate with Creative and Design team for smooth operation of marketing department.- Constantly seek opportunities to improve our user acquisition process and methodology.- Strive for analytical excellence maximizing return and increasing efficiency.- Support revenue enhancement by using innovative digital technologies && Analytic Tools.- Leverage the Social Media opportunity in order to engage with customers, distributionpartners, and employees.EXPERIENCE6+ years of experience.Expertise in All aspects of Digital Marketing (SMM, SEM, SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Content, etc.)At least 1 years of experience in team management.SKILL SETPreference will be given to candidates who have worked in key e-commerce companies andhave prior e-commerce exposure 4+ years hands-on experience in scaling digital marketing teams, across various digitalmarketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content etc.,) Experienced is coordinating with Design and creative department for marketing operations. Proven record of building and scaling profitable marketing teams. Experience in analysing data across multiple platforms and providing insights for improvingscale/efficiency. Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities. Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable. Preference would be given to Engineers && MBA from Tier A institutions.
