*Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracles demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.Provides support to digital marketing activities that optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Assists on creation of online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Assist in translating ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertizing and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies basic application of statistics-based market intelligence to business issues. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2+ years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms., *The Web Analytics and Metrics team is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of web metrics across Oracle s web sites. Working with the design, marketing, and product teams as well as executives the groups provides insight and value through accurate reporting and in-depth analysis. The group is also the go-to team for all things related to web metrics.Who you are:- Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst and can demonstrate an ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that has value to the business.- Knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies (B2B).- Be comfortable working in a fast paced matrix organization.- Have a collaborative work style which results in getting the job done .- Be able to build strong relationships with the groups support by the team- Web analytics QA expert- Understanding of statistical methods and techniques.Specific Responsibility- Perform QA on Oracle websites for analytics implementation- Participate in site builds/re-launches to insure proper measurement tools are in place.- Be point of contact for enquires regarding web site measurement so ensuring timely support of the business.- Provide marketing intelligence and offer recommendations to support business decisions.- Prepare monthly reports that highlight key metrics and trends.- Create/edit PowerPoint presentations for senior management.The candidate should have 4-6 years of experienceMandatory -- 4+ years of providing web analytics/measurement support- 4+ years experience with Adobe Site Catalyst, including use and understanding of the latest Site Catalyst reporting enhancements.- Experience in web analytics QA and implementation.- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.- Advanced proficiency with Adobe analytics, debugger tools, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAdditional Qualifications:- Fluent in JavaScript, SQL, HTML.- Experience in adobe analytics admin functionality can be plus.- Good knowledge of props and evars.- Good understanding of website architecture.- Advanced reporting and data visualizations skills including report automation.
