Business Delivery: Market Place business delivers a significant part of the business done on the platform. The individual will be responsible for delivering the overall business through the base of >200,000 active sellers. Business delivery will happen through managing the partners who drive the entire set of >300 relationship executives and with close collaboration with categories who work on the key gold sellers. Partner Management : The partners work on all the 3 different tier of sellers - Gold, Silver and Top Bronze. With >35% of business dependent on these torso sellers it is extremely important to to define on all business inputs such as Selection, Pricing, InStock, Speed, Quality and Fulfillment Strategy with all these sellers to achieve goals for the customers and flipkart. Sellers are an integral element for meeting these goals for customers. In meeting these goals it is necessary to take care of seller expectation, improve their profitability, improve their experience, make it easier for them to do business and delight them with wow experience Category Stakeholder Management: Categories are key to driving business in Flipkart, they manage the key gold sellers and also shape for strategic direction for customer inputs. The candidate will closely work with all the major supercategories on their strategy for the sellers and collaborate and inputs for both the KAM and RE sellers. PnL Management: Work with bizfin to drive MP PnL. Lead the PLA delivery for all the RE managed sellers. The candidate will keep a close tab on competition strategy and derive the right rate card for the sellers. Has to ensure competitiveness for both the offline and the online selling. Ensure the right incentive structure for sellers to deliver on key input parameters. Working with external partners: With increasing scale and complexity it will become extremely important to forge external partnerships and collaborate with external vendors who can unlock growth and new capabilities for sellers. Growth through Product - Working with so many sellers is not possible with operational and manual interventions. The candidate will work with product managers in the SSE team and build the vision for growth products with sellers. Has to consistently be in touch with sellers to understand the pain point and deliver on building the right expectations with all the product teams to ease the complexity of doing business on Flipkart. Team Management: The individual will drive the teams performance and will always inculcate the culture that drives the organisation.
