You will be in charge of Leading a launch team to onboard customers onto the platformLeading a team of customer success managers to drive customer delightLeading a world- class technical support team Key Responsibilities :Define and optimize a differentiated customer journeyBuild a template for a Success Plan for customers in various segmentsDefine and oversee customer touchpoints, EBR process, quantitative feedback such as product usage / NPS and others Create standard presentation materials for customer engagementPersonally manage escalations from your direct reports, and follow a methodical escalation process to the executive team Tactically help launch, success and support teams to be successful by - Find ways for our launch team to deeply understand our customers objectives and become a trusted right- hand advisorAssist our support team to always beat SLAs and proactively solve customer issuesCreate a company- wide customer feedback loopCreate dashboards to measure customer success on salesforce for the team, peer teams as well as the executive management Key Metrics you will ownThe gross dollar renewal rateProduct usage / adoption metricsDeployment / LaunchesNPS You will additionally own the financial model of the team. Exposure and understanding of SaaS metrics especially, Customer Success metrics will be a huge bonus.,
