Job description Payments and Affordability is a very core part of the clients growth story and the ecosystem they are establishing in the consumer internet industry. Making payments frictionless , shopping affordable with EMI offerings and creating a profit pool is what they do in this team. Director - Planning and Operations (Payments)Key Responsibilities:Analytics Support: a. Provide E2E analytics support to PPGC , Payments and CF businesses. b. Maintaining business dashboards within timelines and working closely with central analytics , FKPG and FDP teams to sort out any data issues. c. Provide insights into historical data and support all businesses in yearly , monthly and event wise planning. d. Closing any data anomaly with FKPG , FDP and central analytics team.Strategy: a. Provide strategy inputs for new business launches. b. Work closely with business and product teams to design and conceptualize product solves for existing stream of businesses. c. Work closely with business teams to provide insights into industry best practices and provide long term solves for pertinent issues.Operations: d. Manage E2E Tech Ops piece for Payment Partnerships , Gift Cards , Consumer Finance and Payments businesses. e. Work closely with Technology team for seamless customer experience in forward and refund/ cancellation flows. f. Work closely with external partners for seamless integration and onboarding process. g. Work in confidence with Business Finance team to ensure business is working within AOP guardrails. h. E2E execution of sitewide and strategic events for client. i. Work closely with business , technology and product teams for seamless execution. j. Work closely with accounting , finance and business team for invoice tracking and receipt of payments. k. Managing the vendor documents and collection of all Tax/Legal related certificate (TDS etc.) l. Coordinate with Design/Creative , Events & Promotion and Category teams in finalizing all the marketing elements for bank offers. m. Ensuring smooth execution of all PBO , NCE , DC EMI , etc centric events for the business n. Coordinating with Legal team for the renewal/modifications in the existing Master , any new business intervention and/or business modificationPlanning: o. Drive AOP for the entire payments business org. p. Assess achievements vis- a- vis planned numbers at yearly , monthly level. q. Assess cost items for the business and manage business P&L. r. E2E planning for festive season in alignment to business goals. ,
