Juniper has a large existing business and installed base, with a competitive portfolio spanning routing, switching and advanced business & consumer services. We are at the forefront of helping SPs drive transformation with our advanced technology, and we re looking for the right candidate to help take our business to the next level.Charter Director of PLM responsible for driving technology leadership and sales growth for our business and consumer routing services, and to collaborate with peer PLM groups to drive security and SDWAN offerings into the SP customer base. This role reports to the Vice President of the SP Segment PLM team. Own the overall strategy and P&L, drive the business, identify and drive key technical partnerships, oversee a team of Senior Product Managers and TMEs, drive thought leadership and market leadership Full lifecycle Product Management role including inbound and outbound function, Market segmentation, product strategy/ definition, pricing/ packaging/ promotions, driving the global field/ channels to drive insertion and scale of bookings Experience/ Skills Excellent understanding of the SP Market with trends, customer deployment models, monetization models and technologies to drive this Senior Leadership role Well versed in technologies such as metro Ethernet, 4G/ 5G mobile anyhaul, business VPN services, core routing and peering. Must have managed a business and driven success, managed and mentored a team for at least 4+ years, demonstrated excellent influence skills across boundaries Deep understanding and experience to drive full lifecycle Product Management for at least 8+ years (background in Product Management, Sales engineer, Network engineer preferred) Excellent presenter, great 360 degree teamwork, high- energy personality, passionate about customer/ sales success to break barriers and drive growth for an awesome portfolio Must have a BA/ BS degree, MBA preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
