We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, & we know the next big idea could be yours.The Challenge:The Channel Sales & Distribution Account Manager works within Digital media Team and undertakes a variety of roles critical to the success of growing Adobes revenue & reach. This role directly manages Distributor and Distributor-managed channel sales in the region. You will carry targets for revenue and geo-expansion for the region including growth metrics for existing and new customer acquisitions, etc.Responsibilities:Exceed Quarterly/ Annual Region Revenue and customer acquisition/ retention TargetsManage Distributor resources, lead, monitor and optimize their impact and motivate them to exceed their targets leading to the distributor seeing improving ROI and increases investments in Adobes businessManage relationships across the partner hierarchy and leverage exec connects to strengthen partnership commitsConduct regular performance reviews and get partner feedback to management teamProvide regular communication to distributor & downstream resellers on new product knowledge and sales skillsBuild and manage required new business schedule and track pipeline progress to drive all aspects of the sales cyclePrepare activity and weekly forecast, monthly review reportEffectively collaborate with cross-function teams - across Renew, AP, Solution consulting and marketing teams to drive objectives like Geo & industry program/campaigns, Channel incentive/others programsRequirement:Must have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets in IT Sales, preferably with Software Solutions.At least 12 years sales experience with min last 3 years in Distribution managementPreferably MBA from tier-1 institutes with background in engineering or similarHighly motivated team player with record of managing teams to high-performanceDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlinesExec maturity to connect and converse at C levelAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists .
