Job Description

  • Primary responsibility is to manage the Outbound activities which includes Receiving the Orders, Pick &
  • Pack that and Process the dispatches while maintaining space optimization and using the least amount of work time, motion, material and space.
  • Ability to work with team and lead also whenever is required on floor.
  • Plan the activity and manage to fulfill the orders on time.
  • Ensuring prompt, complete, accurate shipments in perfect condition.
  • Maintaining highest level of service and accuracy of the stock and avoiding errors such as incorrect counts,
  • Wrong product, incomplete order, wrong color, size or product damage.
  • Maintaining a constant flow of information to the User Happiness Center (UHC team) and/or team.
  • Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical
  • audiences.
  • Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
