Job Description

  • Define and carry out trials for developing new processes, analyzing the results, report preparation
  • You will be responsible for carrying out of tasks in the development activities related to new/ existing products and related assembly interconnection technology (Areas of PCB, soldering and electronic components)
  • Co-ordination of development tasks with interfaces to suppliers, customers and production plant
  • Co-operation with international specialized/expert teams
  • Good understanding of statistical tools and hands on experience
Expected Experience:
  • Experience of working with EMS (Electronics manufacturing service), processes and corresponding methods.
  • Define and carry out trials for developing new dispensing processes and defining process parameters
  • Core responsible is to execute projects and tasks in development related to new/ existing products related to assembly interconnection technologies like gluing, surface protection and in the area of PCB, soldering and concerns associated with them
  • Co-ordination of development tasks with interfaces to suppliers, research, customers and production
  • Problem solving (Ishikawa, 5 Why, PSS, 8D, DFMA, Shainin, etc.) methodWorking experience with cross-functional team environments and a good team player
  • Basic Project management skills, Basic StatisticsGood Communication skills & presentation skillsSelf-driven and initiative, quick learnerGerman language A1 (desirable).
Knowledge in these topics would be an added advantage:
  • Knowledge in the area of PCB (Printed Circuit boards)
  • PCB (Printed Circuit boards) manufacturing and processes impacting interconnection techniques in case of assembly of electronics with various techniques of soldering (THRS, THT, Press-fit, SMT, etc.)
  • Understanding of reliability in the areas of AIT (Assembly interconnection technology)
  • IPC-610, 650, 1601: Knowledge, JEDEC standards for e.g. A121, J-STD-002, 003 knowledge
