We are looking for an experienced last mile delivery leader for our e - commerce business . This is a highly significant role with a compelling impact on bottom line and the potential to make or break the customer experience with Decathlon . YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the transport P&L for eCommerce business thus ensuring a sustainable business modelResponsible to design a pro customer transport policy for the eCommerce business which also respects the bottom lineEnsure the users get the right product in the right place and at the right time and have an amazing last mile experienceResponsible to manage and develop our partnership with third party logistics companyResponsible for new vendor identification , evaluation , negotiations and finalizationResponsible to develop and implement new delivery strategies for DecathlonTo provide the best delivery experience to our users by ensuring orders are delivered in time and ensuring the right information is available at all times for users and the teamResponsible for vendor Management and vendor development . Monitor customer experience and develop best practices to improve itResponsiblity to could range between the Transport mangement for a city upto a zone based on the business or the scope that needs to be handled . YOUR PROFILE You are a passionate sports person . You have at least 2 years experience in the logistics industry , specific to the Last Mile .
