Job Description

Role Overview:

The Email Operations Specialist will ensure accurate audience targeting, correct A/B testing set-up, Email Operations Team Specialist will be critical in delivering highly visible, business-critical global email communications to McAfee Consumer s customers. The Email Operations Manager has extensive knowledge of best practices and principles of consumer email campaigns and is able to provide recommendations for creating and managing workflows. The Email Operations Specialist will collaborate with key business stakeholders in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

About the role:

  • Ensure best in class email quality by implementing rigorous QA practices
  • Provide recommendations on how the QA process can improve
  • Test campaigns and identify deficiencies
  • Suggest solutions to identified problems
  • Provide recommendations on how to better plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy

About you:

  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Posses stellar problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • Solid Enterprise-grade ESP experience, preferably in a B2C industry (e.g. Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Responsys)
  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems a plus
  • Experience with executing and/or testing sophisticated campaign tactics including automated (triggered and recurring) deployment, multivariate testing and optimization, and advanced tracking techniques
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Past experience using Adobe Campaign Standard a plus
  • Experience working with dynamic content/personalization to optimize email campaign performance.
  • Understanding of technical web design skills such as HTML, JavaScript
  • Proven success managing multiple projects for varied stakeholders simultaneously, in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
  • Solid experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies
  • Takes a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company s success
