Good knowledge on Security Systems infrastructure
Experience with Symantec VIP tool maintenance and troubleshooting support
Experience with network scans for security threats and vulnerability analysis using Qualys
Hands-on experience with VPN maintenance and troubleshooting issues including account creations, certificates reissues
Familiarity or experience with security vendor solutions such as from Palo Alto Networks, Splunk, F5, McAfee, Symantec, Proofpoint, Cylance, Checkpoint, Ping Identity, Okta, Cisco, FireEye, RSA
Hand on experience in identifying phishing attempts Familiarity with Ping Identity tools and issue debugging Familiarity in resolving issues on Bastion Host Must provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for Cylance endpoints.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Help desk process including Ticket triaging, initiate Bridge calls and SLA compliance
Experienced in Unix/Windows OS Total years of experience: 2 to 3 Years
