Job Description

Leadership - Collaborate with clients global departments, leadership, and key stakeholders to assess current state operations and establish future state business process and technology road maps. Assist the client in in setting attainable project goals for established solutions.- Build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams, engage in daily problem solving, resolve ambiguous issues, monitor risks, and bridge communication between project teams, business units, and leadership.- Work with cross-functional team members as needed in a leadership, management, or hands on capacity.- Create/use project documents, established best practices and regulatory guidelines to prepare and present optimal business process and technology solution options to stakeholders and leadership.Strategy - Assist clients with business/technology strategies based on priorities, budget, cost analysis, current state, and future needs.- Assist leadership in balancing technology timelines to align with vision, constraints, and risks. - Incorporate new system(s) and optimize business processes using best practices approaches. Provide implementation expertise and assist in establishing global roll out strategies, postproduction operations and/or global shared services centers.- Provide guidance and resource planning estimates for all phases of project. Facilitate the establishment of employee and stakeholder engagement strategies.- Create strategies, manage, and execute change management initiatives for large, complex Global Technology Transformation projects spanning multiple divisions and using best practices. - Extensive experience managing and administering change on projects with multiple stakeholders. Project Management - Provide PMO support for global system implementations, including technology strategy contributions, presentations of information and statistics, risk mitigation solutions for project issues, and regular updates.- Manage consulting projects of all sizes using tailored project management methodologies. Establish timelines and resources and monitor and communicate budget, schedule, and ongoing risks to facilitate on time delivery. - Manage teams ranging from small domestic to large scale global teams on projects involving multiple technology systems. - Lead global project team meetings to direct, coordinate and facilitate timely project deliverables.- Adapt to new tools and technologies and make timely adjustments to project plan in response to project updates.
